  the asian lady at the reception was too rude. it would have been a half star if it wasn't for the technician., she was alright. bear in mind there's no extra screen for you to look at in the rooms. overall, an OK experience i've been to better ones.

  Easy, fast experience at I-Med Liverpool all round. Ladies who did my two scans today were very professional. Very impressed with their customer service and efficiency. Especially the Ultrasound lady. Thanks.

  This is the best place to come to. The receptionists are so caring, patient and polite with the amount of patients they have to go through. Drs and imaging staff are also amazing. Professionalism to a T.
