    If I can give 0 stars, I would.

    Story time:

    I went to goldmarks Liverpool during mother’s day to get an engagement ring for my fiancé. The ring was nice and affordable but unfortunately didn’t fit. I came back to them days later to get it resized. They quoted me 2-6 weeks wait. I decided it was worth it. I made sure to check in every so often (4 times in total). Every time I checked in I was told it was still in transit.

    *Fast forward to week 6*

    I get a call saying that the order has been messed up and the ring isn’t actually offered in the size I want and it can’t be resized. The lady on the phone was apologetic enough but that doesn’t stop me from being upset. This is an engagement ring which is 6 weeks late! To top it off, none of the staff realised the mistake every time I checked in with them! So now I’m stuck having to disappoint my fiancé and spend a couple hundreds more getting him the type of ring he likes.
