  Dr Raffaele Francone is amazing, my partner and I absolutely hate the dentist and we would go back to him. He dosent make you feel like garbage if you may have let your teeth go a little and he is so caring and patient with his patients.

  WORST DENTIST EVER!!!!! I had my braces put on from Dr Saad many years ago who doesn’t work there anymore. When he left another Dr had took over my appointments. They first wasted my time for 2 years with plastic braces. And then they changed me too metal braces which I had for ANOTHER 3 YEARS ON!!!!!! Absolutely horrible and on-top of that the price for braces was beyond a joke!!!!! So unhappy with this place, very very poor service. After 5 years I made the decision to choose to take my braces off because I was sick of having them on for 5 years. Once they came off I still had an overbite they still weren't 100%. They only seemed to put permanent retainers for my bottom teeth and not the top teeth because of my overbite which they should of fixed but did not want to hold themselves accountable and blame the shape of my jaw which is perfectly fine according to another dentists opinion. I also had my 4 wisdom teeth removed and now unable to wear my retainers as the moulds have my 4 wisdom teeth. It makes it extremely uncomfortable to wear my retainers!!! Therefore, I need new ones but I will definitely never EVER be coming back here again. They are gold diggers, insensitive, don’t know what they are doing half the time, rude, pushy and don’t know how to treat customers with basic standards and service. Worst dentist in Sydney. Now I am going to need to re put on my braces again with another dentist for my top teeth.

  I highly recommend Dr Kamal Ahmed for all your orthodontic needs. I had adult braces and from the very beginning he was professional, kind, funny and made the whole initially daunting process a breeze. My results were better than I could have ever anticipated and I cannot thank him enough!

  Disgraceful attitude by the dentist I saw. Arrogant belittling and certainly uncaring. If your Caucasian I certainly would recommend this dentist I don't know what the others are like in this business but over all they are very un professional don't care and don't know what customer service is

  Stay away from this place, biggest rip off artists going around. They never quote accurately and try to charge for services you dont need. Scammers 100%

  Best experience I've had at the dentist. The staff are warm and friendly and take care in explaining the treatment. Dr Lavorato was great, extremely professional and did an amazing job on my implants. Highly recommended!
