- Kulsuma B Added September 01, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stay away from this real estate. I paid them a bond for a commercial lease on a hair salon. But did not end up purchasing the hair salon as the owner lied about the business. I paid the bond to the real estate 3 months ago and I am still fighting to get my bond back. They are holding onto my bond because the business owner of the hair salon told them not to release the bond. From the contract i signed with the real estate it has nothing to do with the hair salon business owner but they are the puppets of the hair salon business owner and listening to her and not releasing my money. Bond is something you lodge with the NSW rental Bond authority and you return the money once the lease is over. In my case i never went ahead with the business purchase and let the real estate know right away yet the puppets aren't releasing my money and I am filing a case with the tribunal next week. Be careful when you deal with puppets like these people.
