  Like ALL Cex stores, the Liverpool store is full of awful staff who simply don't know and don't care to provide any type of service.
  I wanted to buy a DVD and the case was one that holds 2 discs, however they only advised that there was one disc.
  The problem with this particular mini-series is that there was both a 1 disc and 2 disc version, (these idiots would know this if they actually bothered to know their products) but as the cover was a little ambiguous on the details, I simply wanted them to check. They refused and just kept saying over and over that there's only one disc. I pointed out that if that was the case, then why is it in a case clearly designed for 2 discs. As I didn't get an answer and no one appeared to be interested in providing anything even resembling service, I handed it back them and just walked out.
  I'm yet to locate a Cex store that has hired anything above the intelligence and hygiene level of a troglodyte, but as these stores are springing up like weeds all over the place, I guess I'll have to keep looking.
