  Was about to walk out today, the girl serving me first was so rude! Brushed me off when her family walked in to talk to them instead of serving me.
  Then Pavi came out and went above and beyond to serve me. Helped me fined the perfect solid gold chain and pendant I was looking for, for my son. Just ask for Pavi and don't waste your time in there.

  Not only was she friendly and helpful, she was sweet with honest suggestions for what I was looking for.
  Ill have her to thank for my mothers smile when she gets her gift❤️
  Definitely seek her out if you have a gift for a loved one in mind.

  My experience at Zamels in Liverpool today was fantastic. I was served by Tessa and she was very helpful with helping me to find the right bracelet for my 2yo. But what really touched me was that Tessa noticed that my daughter had some bad mozzie bites on her, so she went and got a special cream from her own belongings, and applied it to my girl then gave me the name of the cream. It worked for my daughter for the whole day. I was really touched. But she's also very good at her job and I appreciate all her help and the good quality bracelet I bought. My daughter and I love it. Thank you so much Tessa!!!!!! And Zamels Liverpool!!!!!

  Pavi was wonderful, helpful, patient with my sister and I, we were in the store for quite a while and she showed us many different styles and options. Customer service was outstanding and prices too.
