- George Added June 11, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Purchased shoes the other day for delivery - I don't like giving out my email address because I dont want any marketing emails sent to me!! I made this clear to staff but I was told not to worry I wouldn't receive any (it was for delivery purposes). This was not true as I have started receiving marketing emails. This is a breach of my privacy and I won't be shopping here again.

They made sure that I would find the shoes I was looking for as well as gave me so many other sites to search these shoes that I was originally looking for, Very helpful and outgoing. Especially Shamia, She was awfully helpful and just very fun to talk and help us decide what shoes to get. By far, this was and still is the best store for customer service, the outgoing personality and being very helpful and there for the customer was just pure bliss, it put a smile on my face. It was just perfection. Im very thankful for these two staff members to be helping me pick out the right shoe for me. I am VERY thankful.

I was served by Gamaliel, when i bought in a pair of shoes for a refund. he was unable to give me a refund but helped me with an exchange instead. he was understanding and was able to help me with everything i needed. He was very patient and welcoming. Hands down the best customer service.
