  despite following ear care instructions given by lovisa my piercing has not healed for 2 and a half months ._. (it was an ear lobe piercing)

  Very poor customer service because they packed the things quickly and roughly after throwing them at me.Very disappointed and never coming back

  Me and my friend got ear piercing and Sophia was so nice throughout the whole process. Amazing service and perfect piercing!

  very bad I did my top ear piercing, they did it with a gun, now I'm scarred with a tissue forever, really don't recommend for anyone to go there for anything.

  Staff: scans item, starts to wrap item, turns to colleague to roll eyes and say “ugh I’m so done, I have to tell you later”
  Customer: getting payWave ready on phone to tap and pay.
  Staff: (with attitude) “hello that’s $x”
  Customer: “I thought you were taking to your colleague”
  Staff: no response, ignores customer, hands over bag.
  
  What an absolute joke to witness today. If you need to vent, do it in private not in front of customers. Have some common sense, decency and respect for the people you’re serving, your employer and yourself.
