  I recently had cataract surgery which entailed a surgery per eye 2 weeks apart. With both visits I found all the staff professional and caring plus the hospital had excellent facilities including under ground parking when my husband collected me (great in quite a busy location). If anyone is considering surgery at this hospital, rest assured you will be well cared for.

  Unfortunately, from the very start we were made to wait outside the door for a minute in the coldest Sydney morning you could imagine, while the receptionist, Micah or Machelle (you will know her from her unusually long hair that goes down below her waist) just stared at us. She then proceeded to overcharge us $50 and insisted we pay cash. First admitting she may have made a mistake and then later after speaking with her claimed she had no idea what we were on about. In the middle of a panic attack where I couldn't breathe, she told me to put my mask on as we are all suffering from panic attacks and its no excuse that you cant breathe. Despite me gasping for air in front of her. I implore anyone who has had similar dealings to not keep quiet about her. The staff were compassionate and caring people, but the entire time I was there all I heard her do is sigh at patients and their families for needing help. I noticed she had a particular fondness for Asians and the elderly. Please I implore anyone who needs surgery to not avoid this place just due to her nature, but rather stay extra vigilant in her presence and please, if you feel something isn't right, speak up. Avoid her and ask for assistance from someone else if need be.
  Our surgery was a success and we thank the staff that acted professionally and compassionately from the bottom of our hearts for the professional treatment we received.

  10/10 I highly recommend very nice staff & easy going, one of the nurses Vanessa? (I think that was her name) she was the best, very polite & helpful!

  I had two pterygium procedures performed here, two weeks apart, in January 2022. Both procedures were completed successfully. On both visits I was treated with a high degree of care by the staff. A very professional and efficient organisation.
