  Went through 2 rounds of egg collection cost me $20,000 & had absolutely no outcome. All I was told was that my eggs had crumbled on day 3.
  
  I had to phone them to ask how my eggs were going.
  
  Don't recommend at all! I was dr night for 1 appointment throughout the whole process. Absolutely horrible!

  Very disorganised, unprofessional, rude and grubby practice.
  Doctors with feet on tables, eating going on at desks.
  There are bad odours everywhere, how can an embryologist work in these conditions?
  Constant confusion over billing, no drug schedules, pharmacy drugs provided are at the top price range. Dont get your prescriptions filled at the clinic sites. Go to compounding chemists and least 5km away from a fertility clinic!
  Scans incorrectly read and plenty of misjudgements with cycles. incidents with patients having pick ups in rooms mean you could be waiting hours! Late delivery of embryos from one clinic to another. Nurse tells you different dose to take of meds than doctor. altogether a complete debacle.

  I would NOT recommend this fertility clinic.
  Stay away, total waste of money. Invest your time and money with other IVF clinics who will no doubt provide a better service and care.
  Definitely stay away from Tony Bushati, such bad service and lack of patient care.

  I honestly can't speak highly enough of this clinic, the staff, medical team & the Dr's - they are all absolutely amazing! The friendliness, personalised service & support given to you by the entire team really makes you feel welcomed as well as helps to make what is quite a difficult & emotional journey so much easier. Without the support of the team & the expertise of the medical team & Dr's I'm really not sure I would have been able to continue on this journey as long as I did & I wouldn't have my beautiful little baby girl. I first attended only one single appointment at another clinic (where I was absolutely disgusted with their treatment) so I requested a referral to go here & I never looked back. Best decision I ever made & I cannot express how happy I was to have made the switch. I will be eternally grateful to Demeter Fertility for fulfilling my dreams & making them a reality!

  I have completed two IVF cycles with Demeter. I have been treated really poorly by doctors and administration staff throughout both cycles. I will not be returning for any future cycles and I will be looking for another IVF clinic. Nobody really cares about you at Demeter. It's such an emotional & sensitive experience and once they have your money, they really aren't concerned about you. They spend more time looking for TV and Radio opportunities to beef up their business profile than looking after their current patients...... Also please be aware that Dr Knight is a prolific fake reviewer of his own clinic and services.
