the policy of money back if you're not happy with your product is a load of horse crap
purchased a rug that was too big for our room went back to return and they never had stock of the same one in a smaller size asked for our money back was told between 3/5 days for a refund after 5 days called back and was told to wait 5 to 10 days it's now getting beyond a joke for a rug that is over $1000 ,Service was s h I t was considering going back there but this experience has completely change my mind I should have read the bad reviews before entering that store
Be very aware of deco rug Liverpool
Don't believe anything they say I will not be back there again
