  I have never treated as badly as in this shop. I wanted to buy a trousers and they treated me so badly. Never go back again.

  First of all, I just wanted to mention, as soon as I walked into the store, I couldn’t help but notice how disorganised and how messy the store is. Ally Fashion at Stocklands is much cleaner and tidier. This clearly implies some employees are lazy and unbothered to look after the store. This store has some good selections but my goodness me, it is so messy. I’ve had some good experiences with some employees but majority of them seem really careless and they just chill behind the registers avoiding all their tasks. Performance checks should be implemented!!

  This store only caters for smaller ladies if your beyond a size 10 don’t bother shopping here beautiful clothes but unfortunately the sizes are smaller than the standard fit

  Staff never say "hi" or ask if I need a hand. Shop is crowded so it's hard to shop with a pram. Change rooms are way too small. Their price has risen but quality has declined.

  I was excited to see an Ally Store open up so late at night, especially since I needed a skirt desperately for an event the day after. But when I drove out to this store there was no way to get in. The shopping centre itself had closed meaning that the store itself was also inaccessible and closed. Please update your times correctly so as not to have disappointed customers.

  Very bad customer service today 29/12/2018 at the Liverpool store. As I was paying for my pants the lady at the counter was being very rude, not only to me but other people who was paying before me too. I understand it’s a hectic time of the year and we spoke to her in a nice tone of voice but what ever it is she’s frustrated about she shouldn’t be putting it on the customers. We use our money to pay. I think these types of people shouldn’t be employed to serve customers. I work with people and we are trained not to be rude and not to talk back to customers. Ally Fashion please train ure staff to have manners. As I read most of ure reviews there’s so many complaints about staff u employ in every different stores.
